I can’t wait to share my summer holiday haven with you. This is truly one of my favourite places in the world, where I’ve spent countless summers feeling nourished and alive in the mountains and under the Mediterranean sun.
Our retreat home is set in a serene, picturesque haven surrounded by breathtaking views of valleys and endless skies.
Designed for deep relaxation and connection, the retreat space features:
A brand new swimming pool and a soothing hot tub for ultimate relaxation
An inviting outdoor cinema, several cozy lounge spots, and a stunning terrace with a banquet-style dining table for al fresco meals
A wooden-decked yoga shala where we’ll practice under the sun and stars
Our retreat is close to the charming towns of Calpe and Benissa, where you’ll find a blend of natural beauty, cultural heritage, and authentic Spanish charm. From hiking trails, to the coast just 10 minutes drive away to cozy cafes and local markets, there’s so much to explore and experience.

DAILY YOGA & SOUND BATHS
Our morning practice will be a mindfully paced Elemental Flow, enhanced with therapeutic-grade essential oils to help you stay present and connect deeply to your breath. These sessions are designed to gently strengthen and open the body, releasing tension in both body and mind. Each morning, we’ll focus on one of the four elements—Earth, Water, Fire & Air—to target, activate, and release different muscle chains and areas of the body. By the end of the week, you’ll feel deeply rejuvenated, balanced, and more connected to the natural rhythms within and around you.
In addition to our daily morning practices, you’ll be immersed in the healing power of sound with daily Sound Baths, a truly special addition to our retreats. Each evening, after our Aroma Yin practice, you’ll be guided into a deep state of relaxation through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, our QUIRON gong and other soothing instruments.
THE FOOD
The menu will include all local fresh ingredients, mainly vegetarian, although it will be custom-designed for the guests attending—so please let us know of any dietary requirements or requests!
We’ll provide you with two wholesome meals a day—a nourishing brunch and a delicious evening meal—plus fresh fruit smoothies, juices, and healthy snacks throughout the day.

Absolutely not! My retreats are designed for everyone, regardless of their yoga background. It's about the experience and feeling good in your body not about how flexible or strong you are. Whether you practice yoga regularly or stepping onto the mat for the first time, you're more than welcome.

Absolutely! Many participants join me solo, and it's a wonderful opportunity to connect with yourself and make new friends. My retreats foster a supportive and inclusive environment where we all quickly become part of a family.

Not at all! While I often have more women attending, this retreat is open to everyone. If a retreat is Women Only, I will clearly indicate it at the top.

We understand the importance of catering to individual needs. Before the retreat, I collect dietary preferences and restrictions, ensuring that the meals align with your requirements. Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or have specific allergies, we've got you covered.

We totally get this question! The great news is that our retreat venue is located up in the mountains, where it benefits from the refreshing Mediterranean breeze — making it significantly cooler than the towns below.
Plus, all rooms and shared indoor spaces have air conditioning, so you’ll always have a cool, comfortable place to relax. With plenty of shaded chill-out corners and a gorgeous swimming pool to dip into throughout the day, you’ll be able to enjoy the sunshine without feeling overwhelmed by the heat.

We offer wine on our first and last night. Caffeine is available, but we encourage you to tune in and choose what feels best for your body during this time.

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing suited to the local climate, a reusable water bottle, and any personal items you need. A month before the retreat, we’ll send out a detailed packing list so you’re fully prepared.

Yes! All sessions and activities are optional, so you’re welcome to skip anything that doesn’t feel right for you. Many attendees find a balance between the scheduled activities and personal downtime. Some join everything; others take more time to rest—it’s your retreat, your choice!

The deposit is non-refundable, but cancellations made before 12 weeks of the retreat start date will receive a full refund of all other payments
Getting There
Alicante Airport (ALC) is the closest, approximately a 45-minute drive from the retreat venue. Flights to Alicante are generally affordable and convenient. We’re here to help you arrange taxis and put you together with other retreat guests who’d like to share transfers from the airport.
The Rooms
I require a £350 non refundable deposit on booking. After your initial deposit, you can choose a payment plan or pay the reminder in full.If you need to cancel then I offer refunds on up to 8 weeks before the start of the retreat.

TWIN & DOUBLE DELUXE ROOMS
Our Superior bedrooms are the luxury choice, with spacious rooms and private bathrooms. GREEN, PURPLE & WHITE Rooms boast beautiful terraces or balconies overlooking the mountains. The BLUE Room doesn’t have a Balcony but is the only one that has a bath! (these are first come first serve) All have air conditioning.

STANDARD ROOMS
These rooms have everything you need! They are situated in a stunning apartment with 4 other rooms, a small kitchen and 2 shared bathrooms. The apartment opens out to views of the stunning mountains with outdoor seating.
All rooms have air conditioning.
These rooms are available only for Single Ocuppancy £1690

1. Pay your £350 non-refundable deposit and the rest in instalments. Full payment due by 11th June 2026.

Payment Terms:
Deposits are non-refundable. All payments are refundable only if the entire retreat is cancelled. Upon payment of the final balance, the entire retreat is non-refundable (in exceptional circumstances, please reach out to Patricia). By paying your deposit, you agree to our full Terms & Conditions.
