DORSET, UK
The Art of Receiving
3 Nights of Body Awakening, Mind Softening & Soul Nurturing
WOMEN’S RETREAT
Friday 15sth January - Monday 18th January 2027
Our UK retreat returns with a very special Winter Escape in Dorset — a gentle invitation to begin 2027 slowly, softly, and with intention.
Designed as the perfect New Year reset, this retreat offers a chance to step away from the noise of everyday life and ease into the year ahead with more space, clarity, and calm.
Expect nourishing yoga practices to awaken the body gently, deeply restorative Yin Yoga & Sound Baths to soothe the nervous system, cosy evenings by the fire, and plenty of time to simply rest, breathe, and receive.
This is a retreat for anyone longing to start the year differently — not by rushing into resolutions, but by creating a strong foundation of wellbeing, presence, and self-care.
All You Need to Do Is Arrive
Everything else is lovingly taken care of so you don't have to think — just surrender and receive.
We begin the year slowly, with softness, warmth, and lots of care.

DAILY YOGA & SOUND BATHS
Each morning begins with a mindful Elemental Flow — gently paced yoga infused with therapeutic essential oils and inspired by the four elements: Earth, Water, Fire & Air. These sessions support strength, openness, and deep presence.
In the evenings, unwind with Aroma Yin followed by a restorative Sound Bath using crystal bowls, our Quiron gong, and other soothing instruments, the perfect reset for body and mind.
All practices are suitable for all levels.
THE FOOD
After the wonderful response she received on our last UK retreat, we're delighted to welcome Kirsten back for our Winter Escape in Dorset.
Many of you completely fell in love with her nourishing approach to food, and we couldn't imagine a better person to help care for us throughout this special weekend.
Kirsten will once again be creating beautiful seasonal, plant-based meals designed to nourish, comfort, and energise. Every menu is thoughtfully prepared with all dietary requirements in mind, ensuring everyone feels completely looked after.
From warming breakfasts and vibrant dinners to homemade treats and irresistible snacks, each meal is prepared with the same love and attention that makes her food so memorable.
Winter is a season that invites us to slow down, and Kirsten's cooking reflects exactly that — wholesome, comforting, delicious food that nourishes from the inside out.
Come hungry. You are in for a treat.
